• NO LIABILITY FOR ACCURACY: We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, analytics, or content provided through our services.
• NO LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of any third-party service providers including brokers, data providers, or payment processors.
• MAXIMUM RECOVERY: In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.
